The service
This is a discovery, advertising and contact marketplace for pigs, piglets, pork products and related farm offerings. The platform does not currently provide checkout, shipping, livestock escrow, buyer protection, integrated chat or collection of livestock sale proceeds. Buyers and sellers agree and pay each other independently.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise have full legal capacity to enter into the relevant agreements. Register with accurate information, keep your credentials safe, use your own account and promptly update your contact details. Do not impersonate another person or misuse another account.
Seller content and approval
Sellers are responsible for truthful descriptions, availability, prices, image rights, legal ownership, welfare, hygiene, any required certificates and compliance with applicable livestock, veterinary, food safety and transport rules. An approved farm is an administrative review status, not a guarantee of title, quality, health or safety.
Transactions and consumer rights
Inspect products, independently check documents and payment details, and keep evidence of your agreement. Consumer rights under applicable Nigerian law continue to apply. Nothing in these Terms seeks to remove mandatory statutory protections or excuse fraud, negligence or unlawful conduct.
Platform moderation
We may review, reject, restrict or remove unsafe, fraudulent, unlawful or misleading content and accounts, with appropriate review where practicable. Content reports can be made to support. Users must not harass, threaten, mislead or discriminate against others.
Paid advertising
Optional listings and farm promotions may be subject to displayed package prices, duration, review and payment confirmation. Paid promotion is not an endorsement or guarantee of enquiries or completed sales. See the Advertising and Refund Policy before payment.
Availability and liability
We strive for accurate and available service, but listings and uptime may change. We do not control off-platform transactions. Any limitations of liability apply only as far as permitted by applicable law and do not override non-excludable consumer rights.
Changes and disputes
We may change these Terms prospectively and notify users when required. Nigerian law generally governs the platform, subject to any mandatory protections applicable to a particular dispute. Contact support first for a practical resolution; this does not prevent access to regulators or courts.
